The concrete foundation of your house will move over time due to the high clay content in the soil under your home. During dry spells, the soil loses moisture, causing it to shrink. When we’ve had periods of wet weather, or if there’s been a broken water line leaking around the foundation, the soil expands. This constant contraction and expansion puts stress on the pipes running under your house. Eventually, a water or sewer line will break and it needs to be fixed ASAP before the condition gets worse.
Staggs Plumbing has been one of the premier slab leak repair experts in the Arlington area since 1990.
